Monthly Rentals in Black Balsam Knob

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

As always, we LOVED our stay at Uncle Joe’s Cabin. This place is a little slice of heaven and this trip was exactly what our family needed. Our 4 kids always love playing in the creek and I loved napping on the porch listening to the creek and the rain. The cabin itself is so cozy and peaceful and the surroundings are simply beautiful! It’s the ideal location for a laid back, relaxing vacation full of family time!

I loved the condo and the area. It was decorated nicely, the beds were comfy, and it had all we needed, even a recliner! The screened in porch was my favorite. It felt like you were in a treehouse. Alan was a very friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to possibly return next year!

Great stay at the tiny house. It is indeed quite a small place, but perfect for me on a solo trip. William was responsive and everything was as shown in the listing.
