Our self-contained flat with a separate entrance and its own terrace on the Oberer Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and the Science Park. Public parking is available right in front of the flat. You are in the countryside more or less directly behind the house. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The Botanical Garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away, and Ravensburger Spieleland is 1 hour away by car.

Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
