The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. This apartment features a private garden for a serene and relaxing stay. The Elbe river is 4 km away.

Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Shopping such as a supermarket and a bakery is just 100m away and easy walking available. Perfect for nature lovers, with numerous leisure activities in the area, from cycling to hiking. Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious caravan with a terrace and garden area. It is also equipped for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 hectare. Coupling directly on the car. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and hardly noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a relaxing place. Lüneburg is about half an hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.

The 35 sqm, modern living area and the large, covered terrace invite you to linger comfortably - no matter the weather. The surroundings have many different activities ready. The house is in tiny house park "Elborado". This is currently under construction, which is why we offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate.
