In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. An open plan living and dining area invites you to spend convivial evenings at the large kitchen table or on the sofa. At the back of the house is a garden with a terrace and views of nature.

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

There is a well-equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher, gastronomic oven, induction range, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and a large modern double bed. Within walking distance are all the sights and several supermarkets open Mon to Sat until 11 pm. The apartment is large enough for 2 people, offers enough closets and shelves, even for a longer stay.
