This newly renovated holiday apartment in a detached house is located in a quiet and peaceful location in the heart of Horneburg, tucked away at the end of a traffic-free street and just a few minutes' walk from the train station and large supermarkets. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and a large sofa that can also be used for a comfortable sleep if desired. A new kitchen is equipped with a table and six chairs, as well as all other necessary kitchen utensils.

A barn and a cottage with a thatched roof (where the hosts live) complete the ensemble of buildings on the premise. Parking for guests on premise is available (and included when booking the flat). Important to know: The sleeping area is upstairs and can only be reached by quite steep and narrow stairs - guests should feel comfortable climbing up!

The proximity to the Falkensteiner shore allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Our cute apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse on our horse farm. It features a bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living/bedroom with a day bed for 1 person, which can also be pulled out for 2 people. There is also a single bed in the kitchen. Welcome to the extension of my beautiful wooden house built in 2020! Whether for a relaxing weekend or longer stays, it offers space for 2 people to feel good. By the way, in summer the attic apartment does not heat up because it has the insulation of passive houses. Cool in summer, warm in winter! If you need more space, the apartment below (about 60 m²) with 3 beds and a terrace can be rented.

Cycling between the Altes Land and Hamburg

With great passion for the mid-century style and bikes of all kinds and we have set up our '70s bungalow. From here you can easily explore and experience the Altes Land with Hamburg, but also Buxtehude, Stade and the Elbe up to Cuxhaven. But of course, the house is just as suitable as a temporary home office (Airbus near Stade + Finkenwerder) or for simply a relaxing break in the countryside.
