Erica and Brian are the perfect hosts, thoughtful, organized and extremely responsive! Their place is wonderful and has everything you need for your stay. I was there for over a month and everything was great and made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, the location is so convenient and comfortable. Beautifully located in Birmingham. Close to downtown Birmingham and I mean like 5 minute drive if that. Great location, nothing we went to seemed very far from where we needed to go. Place was very clean. Didn’t have some of the items listed but she was very nice to apologize. Beds were comfy memory foam, tvs in each room, washer dryer. Beautiful backyard and neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet. We actually really enjoyed the Christmas lights on homes around the neighborhood! Great for families!
