Beautifully located, approx. 100 m², newly renovated in 2021, very well equipped and lovingly furnished old building apartment on the ground floor of a detached three-family house in the heart of Landau. Quietly located in the Fliegerviertel despite being very close to the city centre (10-minute walk) as well as to the Landau Zoo (5-minute walk) and the park of the former Landau fortress complex (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1-minute walk). The Palatinate vineyards are also just a few minutes' walk away.

Our luxurious apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the wine pavilion Koch and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. An ideal location for hiking or biking and stopping at the huts in the Palatinate Forest. Occupancy is designed for either 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Children and infants are desired. 😊Shopping is 3 km away. 4 restaurants in the village and a child-friendly outdoor swimming pool very close by!

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. Beautiful apartment in the heart of the "Eseldorf" Eschbach on the Southern Wine Route. Here you can relax with a good glass of wine, discover the impressive landscape or enjoy one of the many offers of the unique vacation region.
