Cottage on farm with farm cafe

House on two levels on our farm. First floor: Equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a couch (fold-out), a dining table, TV and a wood-burning stove for cold winter days and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom is reached via a ladder. A large bed (180 × 200) and a normal bed (90 × 200) as well as another bathroom with a bathtub are available. In front of the house is a construction site. Parking in front of the main house, Wi-Fi and satellite TV available. No dogs allowed!

Formerly built as the miller's residence, it is nestled in the village and thus within walking distance of the village shop and bakery. Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. Welcome to Werder , a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover , Brunswick and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.
