A modernised and cosy 75 m² flat in a well-maintained half-timbered house from the 18th century. There is a large, as-good-as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For a possible 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and a travel cot for children can also be set up if required. There is also a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

Both workers and vacationers are welcome in my accommodation. It is located in the basement of a detached house. A total of 2 people can be accommodated (double bed). In the living room there is still the possibility to accommodate a 3rd person on a sofa bed. Children are welcome. A travel cot is also available. The guest house is located in the old town of Heilbad Heiligenstadt, in a half-timbered house lovingly renovated with traditional building materials from 2015 to 2020. The apartment is modern with everything you need - and more - equipped. This includes a complete kitchen and even decent Wi-Fi. Within walking distance are the spa park, shopping, medical facilities, city bus stop and also many attractions.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
