Spacious and quiet accommodation, renovated, 78 m², with private terrace. The flat is centrally located in Echternacherbrück and has two bedrooms and a living room. The sofas in the living room can also be converted into a bed and used as sleeping accommodation. In the bedrooms, one bed is 1.8 m wide and the other is 1.4 m wide. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.

The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace.
