This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The Hermen-in-Art vacation home is located in Schankweiler in the beautiful Südeifel. The Trierer Quereinhaus from 1836 was lovingly restored according to a historical model, with ecological building materials such as clay, lime, hemp and solid wood. Feel the unique atmosphere of a historic house made of natural materials. Discover our artistic decorations. Relaxation can be found in the adjoining garden with terrace or in the stone pine sauna. Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.
