La casa está en zona de pinares y a 100m de la playa, es de estilo minimalista y muy cómoda, ya que para garantizar la accesibilidad, dispusimos en la planta baja el dormitorio de matrimonio principal con cama de 150cm con cuarto de baño "en suite" y otra habitación con cama de matrimonio de 135 cm . En la planta de arriba hay un cuarto de baño y 2 dormitorios; uno con 2 camas y el otro con una cama nido (2 indiv.) y cama de matrimonio.

Se trata de un apartamento acogedor y con mucho encanto que se encuentra situado a tan solo tres minutos de la playa andado. Dispone de una fantástica terraza con vistas al mar lateral. La cocina está completamente amueblada. El apartamento cuenta con dos dormitorios (Aire acondicionado en todos) y un espacioso salón (con aire acondicionado) decorado con toques árabes y andaluces. Es un lugar increíble y único para descansar y disfrutar del encanto de la costa gaditana.

A small garden in front, a patio in the back of the house for grill and BBQ afternoons. Spacious living room is combined with kitchen and has access to the balcony and patio. The town center is 10min walk away, bus station 2min. Wifi (optic fiber), dishwasher and washing machine are available. No parties are allowed in the house.
