It's found in a Victorian building dated 1888, on a quiet cul-de-sac street only 7 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace. Recently renovated, the flat boasts some of its original features, such as 19th century floorboards, exposed brick walls and a woodburning stove. Decorated with a taste for vintage, it features a main bedroom, box room, open plan kitchen and living room and 1 bathroom.

Comfortable and bright art flat, lots of plants!

My flat is close to loads of cool and quirky bars and restaurants, has a tram stop nearby and is a very simple, one street route to the city centre, so no getting lost on your way! You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the art work, the vibrant surrounding area, and the relaxed and homey feel. Plus, if you fancy spending a night in, there's smart tv with Netflix etc. I've been hosting for 8 years to great reviews so you can trust you'll have a great stay. Happy booking!

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and situated in a central location. Most popular attractions are just short walk away: Arthur Seat, Calton Hill, Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament and Royal Mile. There are a lot of little shops and cafes on the doorsteps. This is a great flat in a well maintained early Georgian tenement block. The flat is clean and comfortable with a new kitchen, two new bathrooms and many original features. The flat is in a quiet residential stair, if you are going to be arriving after nine at night, or leaving very early in the morning, please check with me before booking.
