Located in the heart of the city, my quirky apartment will be a great base for your stay in Edinburgh. It's found in a Victorian building dated 1888, on a quiet cul-de-sac street only 7 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace. Recently renovated, the flat boasts some of its original features, such as 19th century floorboards, exposed brick walls and a woodburning stove. Decorated with a taste for vintage, it features a main bedroom, box room, open plan kitchen and living room and 1 bathroom.

The property has views of the magnificent Forth Rail Bridge. All this within minutes of the local amenities, cafes, galleries, water sports, boat tours, historic homes and sandy beaches. Only 7 minutes walk to the train station and a 15 minute journey to Edinburgh, 40 minutes by bus and 15 minutes by car to the airport.

This fine Georgian upper townhouse makes a perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. It has every comfort to be your home-from-home. Please note: this is a traditional Edinburgh Georgian “double upper” and there are 5 short flights of stairs (48 steps) to the front door. Sadly, it is not wheelchair accessible. We have a 5 night minimum stay policy during Christmas, New Year & during the festival in August.

The private front entrance is located on the lower ground floor of Drumsheugh House, situated on the prestigious Drumsheugh Gardens, in the leafy West End of Edinburgh. This quiet street is in the centre of the city; only a five minute walk to Princes Street, and a fifteen minute walk to the Royal Mile.

Dogs are welcome and the Hermitage park offers lovely walks.
