Our lovely one-bedroom Duplex is situated in the Old Town of Edinburgh, where the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle are close at hand. This is rare main door terraced house with a size of 50 m2. Worry free if you have heavy luggages to carry. It is right at the heart of the Edinburgh Festival theatres. 15min walk from Edinburgh Waverley station and 10 min walk to the Royal Mile. Surrounded by lots of local restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets, and right in the heart of all Festivals as well!

Completely refurbished (January - May 2019) and beautifully finished 1 bedroom flat within a couple of minutes of the Meadows, Old Town, Financial District and the University. Self-check in by key box, on to a quiet and tucked away tenement stair (1st floor, 19 steps, no elevator) flat, though we're happy to meet up and give you any tips or recommendations that you require. We are Airbnb hosts of almost 4 years and happy to share our experience.

This bright and airy traditional tenement flat is located in the upmarket area of Newington. Edinburgh city centre is around a half an hour walk or 10/15 minutes via public transport. Our apartment has traditional features such as a real fire place, high ceiling and cornices. The flat has recently been modernised with a well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. We have all the cooking equipment you need to cook a lovely meal.

Stylish 2 bedroom flat in central location

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and situated in a central location. Most popular attractions are just short walk away: Arthur Seat, Calton Hill, Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament and Royal Mile. There are a lot of little shops and cafes on the doorsteps. We love hosting and live around the corner so we are always happy to help with anything you may need. The flat has super fast Wi-Fi and smart TV too!

Fabulous Georgian family Townhouse

This fine Georgian upper townhouse makes a perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. It has every comfort to be your home-from-home. Please note: this is a traditional Edinburgh Georgian “double upper” and there are 5 short flights of stairs (48 steps) to the front door. Sadly, it is not wheelchair accessible. We have a 5 night minimum stay policy during Christmas, New Year & during the festival in August.
