The studio and the entire property are entirely non-smoking. Our cottage is located on the side of the road, but it is not very busy because we are at the end of the town. At the foot of the castles of Allinges, in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Thonon/Evian, our cottage enjoys a privileged location that will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the area. To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

For a stay between lake and mountain, our apartment is located a few minutes from the beach (Tougues), 8 min drive to the Swiss border, 10 min to the village of Yvoire, 20 min to the center of Geneva and Thon-les-Bains, 40 min to ski resorts, Annecy and 1 hour to Chamonix.

Our small independent apartment, fully equipped (bedroom, kitchen, toilet and bathroom), is perfect for couples with possibly young children. Many activities related to the mountain or Lake Geneva are nearby. Several ski resorts (cross-country or alpine) are nearby (between 20 minutes and 40 minutes by car). Many walks are accessible from the house. A 2-minute walk away, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Jura.

The environment is very quiet, a path runs along the studio and you can go for a walk on foot when leaving the accommodation. You also have a parking space.
