In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The apartment is centrally located in a village of 900 inhabitants. 5 km from the German border, which can be reached thanks to the ferry located 2 villages further away (free). The largest amusement park in Europe is only 20 minutes from the apartment. (Europa park) The village is located halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg and 20 km from the Wine route.

Lovely apartment with big private terrace.

Located in a small village in central Alsace, 30 minutes from Strasbourg and Colmar. Close to Europa Park, the new video games museum, Christmas markets, the wine trail, gourmet markets etc. The apartment is 80m2 and is part of a large typically Alsatian house. It has its private entrance and its private terrace. You also have access to the garden. Possibility to accommodate max 6 people. Perfect for a quiet holiday close to things to do to satisfy all ages!

This district of the Grande Île is the historic center of Strasbourg (start of pedestrian streets 3 minutes' walk from the Cathedral, Place Broglie and its Opera, National Theater, department stores, Neustadt district recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
