Villa holiday rentals in Boracay

Absolutely fabulous villa with unique architecture and decor. Wonderful location - overlooking Diniwid beach, close to everything but very private and peaceful.

You need to be fit to walk up the path every day. No ankle, knee or hip issues. When you arrive at the top of the hill, it is paradise. The attached villa/room needed some work so the owners upgraded us to the penthouse suite upstairs (as we had 4 people). The main room is lovely and very well appointed. Kitchen was great. We bought eggs from the locals, who are warm and inviting. Host supplied coffee and bread. We walked down to the long path to the right at the end of the road and came out at Crimson resort. Beautiful beach. Then got an etrike home. 300 pesos to go to the Mall each day for a great selection of restaurants. So easy to get around. Went to Puka beach, absolutely heaven on earth. Mama's Fish House a definate for lunch or dinner. It is on a private quiet little beach. Happy hour everywhere. We loved the Mexican restaurant in D'mall. brisket taco dip. Wow. Best mango Margaritas.

An absolutely brilliant place to stay! The location is quieter than the busy white beach and situated at the top of the hill where you have the best views of Boracay. The accommodation is clean, and well equipped with everything you need. We were extremely well looked after by the hosts. It is probably more suited to the younger generation due to the 250 steps up the hill but my 70 year old parents made it after a couple of stops. When checking in, wait at the beach entrance to the Microtel hotel and not the street entrance.

Everything about this Villa was better than I expected in advance. Particularly the usual-management of the room is so good, I felt. I appreciate your detailed-support.

We absolutely loved our stay there during Christmas. The caretaker was very sweet and would come in when we were gone to spruce up the space. The only thing we didn’t realize was that the bottom floor was not accessible from inside the main house, but because the villa was in a compound we felt very safe and not as concerned about letting our kids sleep in the AC. There were a few dogs that roamed the compound and occasionally they would relieve themselves on the walkways, but it was always cleaned up in a timely manner. Overall we loved the villa and are looking to book a second trip already.

We loved our stay!! The Villa was perfect for our group of four, and the place was absolutely immaculate and clean. It was wonderful being in the hills a bit, it was so peaceful and relaxing - and then so easy to get to Diniwid Beach (less than a 5 min walk) or anywhere else on the island with a quick tricycle ride. However, the BEST part of our stay was Roy - the caretaker. He was so very kind, responsive, and helpful and made our stay so pleasant and easy. He even stayed up late to make sure we got in our first night and helped us get late night dinner. I would 100% stay here again!!

One Hagdan villas has been the best Air BNB I have ever stayed in ! The views are spectacular! The pool is amazing ! Pearl the concierge was extremely helpful and gracious! She took my family and I to the beach multiple times and was extremely helpful with recommendations within the town ! The guards also were extremely helpful and polite! Would definitely stay here when coming back to Boracay! It’s a great quiet , peaceful safe place to stay! Thank you for everything !

It was our 2nd time visiting Boracay and Elena’s place made our trip more unforgettable. The place is very clean and felt secured. Our caretaker, Romel, was a very dedicated person that although we asked him to set a birthday surprise(cake, balloons and others) for one of our group members in a last minute, we were amazed what he did for us. Of course he was always helpful for other things as well. Only thing is that even though a free shuttle is mentioned in the description of this villa, they no longer does it for free and it takes about 300 pesos per way to D-mall which is still reasonable. Thank you again for welcoming us hope to visit this villa again!

Great beachfront house with no crowds that you have in other parts of Boracay...Easy walk to stores and restaurants and we'll equipped for family meals that we cooked at the house.. 10명 이상의 가족이 편안하고 조용하며 프라이빗한 휴가를 즐기기 위한 숙소로는 매우 훌륭합니다. 누구에게도 방해받지 않는 안전하고 훌륭한 전망을 가진 숙소입니다. 저희11명의 성인과 2명의 아이가 보내기에 충분했습니다. 넓은 거실에서 가족간의 대화와 휴식이 충분히 좋았습니다. 피터와 조비는 매우 친절하고 신속하게 문제를 해결해 주었습니다. 5성급 호텔의 시설과 서비스를 기대하는 게스트는 다른 호텔의 이용을 추천합니다. 하지만 대가족의 휴가를 원하는 게스트에게는 아주 좋은 선택지가 될것입니다. 숙소로의 접근이 조금 번거롭지만 크게 불편하지는 않습니다. 오히려 그 점이 저희는 더 좋아습니다. 숙소의 입구부터 주변은 항상 경비원이 지켜주어 매우 안전하지만 사용자의 생활은 전혀 방해받지 않고 숙소의 위치는 프라이빗하게 보호받는점이 매우 좋았습니다. 절벽위에서 보라카이의 바다를 바로 전망하며 맥주 한잔의 호사를 누릴수 있는 곳입니다 보라카이 시내 및 해변으로의 접근성이 필요한 분은 다른 숙소를 고려하는것을 추천드립니다. 그러나 저희처럼 대가족이 지내시는 집같은 숙소를 고려하신다면 좋은 선택지인것 같습니다. 물론 우리집처럼 편안하지는 않겠지만요.

The location was absolutely beautiful and the house is just as advertised in the pictures!

A lovely place in the centre of Boracay. Behind the gate was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and unwind. Close to the main beach front and all shops. Awesome staff!!! Highly recommend.

We had a great time during our stay. It's just a few mins walk to the beach. The staffs are friendly, responsive and accomodating to our requests. It's a home away from home.

The villa is a beautiful and private place, perfect for our group of 8. The staff were very helpful and always attentive when we needed assistance. Finding the place was a bit difficult but our driver was able to locate it up the hills. Would definitely stay again with a big group of friends or family.

Monette was very kind and very helpful and responsive. The villa was as described. We had a brilliant 3 weeks here woth a family of 7. The location is very close to the beach, maybe 3 minute walk. Easy to walk to station 2, maybe 10 minutes max. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Very lovely breakfasts they made us on a couple of occasions. The pool is great, the kids loved it. Will definitely be returning.

Nice place to stay - very easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very nice staff and Bogart the dog, too!
