Elegant apartment located in the historic center of Tellaro, a stone's throw from the sea. It is accessed through two independent entrances, from the main one you enter the bright living room, of which a part is lofted with three beds (a double sofa bed and a single one), through some steps you go down to the well-equipped kitchen/dining area and to the first bathroom with shower. The second entrance allows direct access to the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

When you stay in our apartment, you will receive a QR code that will give you access to the Via dell'Amore.

The accommodation is located in the countryside of Castelnuovo Magra, a few minutes' drive from Sarzana train station to visit the Ligurian side, explore La Spezia Portovenere, Lerici, Cinque Terre, Bocca di Magra. Being on the border with Tuscany, you can visit cities such as Carrara, Versilia, Lucca, Florence, Pisa and Livorno. Or hike in the Apuan Alps and the lands of Lunigiana with its characteristic villages and hamlets rich in charm, history and ancient traditions.

The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.

Often chosen by many sports enthusiasts who love the sea and the countryside. Perfect location to relax, practice sports, and enjoy time with the family.

The terrace overlooking the sea🌊is a small apartment that belonged to my great-great-grandfather👴🏻, located in the picturesque port of Riomaggiore. The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

New, completely renovated and modern furnished taverna style apartment, consisting of entrance veranda, open kitchen, living area with sofa bed, dining area, two bathrooms, one of which is service, two double bedrooms. Three private parking spaces inside electric gate in front of the house entrance. The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the summer it remains cool and pleasant, however there is an air conditioning split.
