We arrived just fine with the directions he gave us, everything was very good and a nice area. I recommend it and the apartment is really good, everything was very clean and spacious, everything was right.

We would repeat again at Ana's apartment, and we will definitely do it again. Ana is very attentive, and with flexibility in check-in time. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect vacation and is very well located. We recommend it!!

Communication with Manuel was perfect. He was very quick to respond and very proactive. The apartment is very spacious and has a large kitchen. The location of the apartment was fine if you would like to go to the beach. Public transport is around the corner but takes a long time to get to the center. If you are with more people, a taxi via the freenow app is a good solution or cycling via valbisi. If you download the app of valbisi, you can see where the dockx of the bikes are. The center of Valencia is really very nice and worth several visits! If you still have time, it is advisable to rent a car and drive to Peñíscola. Really very beautiful!

It was a phenomenal stay, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need to spend the stay. Regarding the area it seemed very accessible and beautiful, it was 10 minutes by car from the port, 30 minutes from Valencia!! To note that we had a barbecue to which we gave a lot of use and for our taste the best of the stay. The host at all times has been very decisive and attentive to us, of course it seems to us that it is totally worth it and more when the weather is good. The only thing I could improve is that there is no wifi as he clearly indicates in the listing and for longer stays would be fine.

We had an amazing stay! The boat was very clean and we were welcomed with drinks in the fridge. We also had the chance to enjoy an affordable private boat tour with Alberto. The hosts were very welcoming and nice. A truly unique experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Valencia!

Our stay was great! The location was perfect close to the pool with beach view and beach access and 10 minutes' drive to the city and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and cozy! Sheila was very friendly, always available and gave us lovely tips for the place. The only negative point was that the window makes very loud noises in strong winds. Highly recommended!:)

Wonderful place to stay. Close to everything in town.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

We loved our stay in Alejandro’s place in Sagunto. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. We spent most of our time there or on the beach (which is a few steps away). The beds were very comfy. Amazing views from all over the house and such a great space to spend time in. We all had a blast in the pool and cooking meals in the evenings. Highly recommend!

We have very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it is ideal for families with children and is very close to the beach (3 min walk). Rafael was flexible with our check out time so we could organize well with the little ones. We would definitely come back.

Ideal place for families with children everything is within walking distance. The villa is large with several terraces. Very quiet place. Well equipped villa and with beach chair umbrella. Juan is very responsive and checked in to see if our stay was going well and sent us a message when we returned home. I would recommend this villa. We will be back. Thank you Juan

An exceptional stay in this house where there is all the comforts. Special mention for this beautiful terrace overlooking the water of a turquoise blue. What a pleasure to have the beach at the foot of the house, it is very uncrowded and that is a real plus. The kids greatly enjoyed the pool and the huge relaxation ottomans. A good apartment with an ocean view on the beachfront. The area is far from downtown Benicassim, but the beach is very good with a wide promenade and bike path. Ideal north-facing orientation to avoid heat in summer. The building is old but everything inside is in good condition. It had everything, just missing an ironing board. The double bed is 1.30. The only catch is that there is construction in front, and they didn't warn us, although being an 8th floor, the truth is we didn't notice it too much. To go to the supermarket and downtown you have to take the car, although it has a store next door with all the essentials.

A beautiful house where we felt comfortable in any weather. In the glazed veranda, wind and January coolness can be enjoyed wonderfully. With a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are inviting, tastefully furnished. In the kitchen there is everything necessary, with sufficient and decorative dishes. Due to the 2 levels, there are good retreats. We loved spending our time in and around the house. Thanks to Eelco and Ariane !

An absolutely fantastic experience that exceeded all expectations. Tatiana was an amazing host that was extremely attentive and friendly. Response times were immediate and thoroughness was exemplary. The space itself met every need and then some, they even provided bikes to get around!! Plus we had access to kayaks and paddle boards. The location to the beach couldn’t have been closer, literally a 10 second walk and by the way was an absolutely stunning beach. The proximity to restaurants and the city, especially with the bikes they provided was close as well Overall, we can’t say enough about our stay, highly recommend to anyone as it was the best stay over our 10 days in Spain. This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed. We were welcomed by Rob, and Rob and Teresa went out of their way to enable us early entry. The flat is beyond spotless, everything was extremely comfortable and homey so tastefully done. The fridge was stocked with butter, water, milk, just very thoughtful, there is coffee and shower gel washing machine liquid, the list is endless and quite honestly the best stocked apartment I have ever stayed in. There is a full sized bathroom and kitchen with a lovely living space with the bed positioned off the living room. There is plenty of storage and hangers 😂. The position of the flat on Las Fuentes beach - promenade is perfect you can hear the waves crashing on the beach at night and the flat is in a beautiful peaceful gated community. Do NOT hesitate to book this apartment we stayed for a week and I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return.

The apartment is very nice and the location is perfect. It's about a 40-minute walk to the city. Supermarkets are about 8 minutes by car. You can be on the beach in 30 seconds. Maria was very accommodating. We were even allowed in the apartment much earlier on the first day. Thanks - we'll be back
