En pleno Centro Histórico de Valencia, a 50 metros de la Plaza de la Reina, Catedral , Lonja, y Mercado Central, espectacular apartamento muy luminoso, muy moderno y lujoso de 2 habitaciones y 100 m2 de superficie, una principal con una cama de 1.60 x 2.00 m con un vestidor muy grande y otra habitación doble con dos camas individuales y un pequeño vestidor + cocina premium + 1 baño y 1 aseo y 3 balcones abiertos a la calle En Bou. Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. El apartamento dispone de un salón muy grande con sofa de 2.40 metros, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora, secadora, horno, microhondas, lavavajillas, placa de cocina de gas y de inducción, todos los electrodomesticos de la cocina son de alta gama o premium plus. Restored village apartment in the heart of Sierra Espadan. It has three bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom for each bedroom. It has a kitchen, dining room with bioethanol stove-fireplace (additional €5 per liter of fuel) and terrace with a 300-square-meter fenced garden with barbecue (firewood not included). Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural park as well as all its trails that are very well marked, and if they prefer they can do adventure activities in the surroundings. It is also a perfect enclave for mountain-bike lovers (medium-high level). Eslida is surrounded by natural spring water sources and has paella pans and picnic areas. We are 10 km from the CV-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

Rustic farmhouse in a natural setting on the Lucena mills route

Rustic house located in Lucena del Cid (Peñagolosa natural park), terrace, pool, barbecue and river to bathe 10 min. walk.(90 meters from house and 400 meters garden.). You can bring your pets ,if it weighs up to 10kilos, it's 20 euros per stay. If you are a family with minor children, we do not charge a supplement. On June 15, the pool is opened and 15 September is closed; you can not use the barbecue from June 1 until September 15 for the risk of fire,it is a natural place.

Spend a few days in our small oceanfront apartment. It is an open space, where there is no room. Second floor with elevator and stairs, newly renovated. I premiere in April 2023. There is one double bed and one sofa that turns into another double bed. Ideal for two people, check if they are more. with an additional cost of 15 eu person per night The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay: fridge, kitchen utensils, shower and beach towels, etc.
