Piccolo appartamento situato sopra un’antica fonte d’acqua al centro di Bosa. Questo dispone di un terrazzo privato, una zona cucina con zona pranzo, una camera da letto matrimoniale con un bagno privato. La tassa di soggiorno richiesta dal comune di Bosa verrà richiesta al check-in. È di 1€ (per persona e per notte) nel periodo dal 1° ottobre al 31 maggio. Mentre dal 1° giugno al 30 settembre è di 1,50€ (per persona e per notte). La tassa va pagata solo per un massimo di 7 notti.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

This building had been converted to a home after the business it housed closed, the last tannery in the area. It is now an excellent home base from which to explore on foot the many historic sites, museums, festivals, cuisine and gems Bosa has to offer. Supermarket is a block away. Restaurants and tannery Museum across the street. Parking is in front the of house.
