Spacious and elegant, in an 18th-century building that has been recently renovated, at the entrance to the historic centre. Located on the third floor of the building (no lift), spread over two levels: on the first floor, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The walls, with their characteristic exposed stone, are original; the floors have an 'antiqued' finish; the furniture design is contemporary. The market is 5 minutes away, there is public parking 300/350 metres away, and the bus to the airport and beaches is 200 metres away.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Delightful, recently renovated two-room apartment in a very central location in the historic center, a stone's throw from the wonderful Alghero seafront overlooking the open sea with a view of the magnificent Capo Caccia promontory. The apartment was completed, fully furnished and equipped with all essential amenities, just before August 2023.
