Need quiet I sleep during the day No traffic noise Dead end Street. No house noise. Plenty of room in my room

Josue was an excellent host. I was running late in my cross state commute and he waited up for me and made sure I got in safe. He checked up to see how my stay was going and offered to bring more things if needed and second jug of water he provided which I felt was very kind and generous. With the set up of this room and felt comfortable and with the ac/heater and air purifier provided I had a very comfortable stay. (It did get hot and humid weather outside in the area at the time of my stay but room stayed comfortable) I would definitely stay with him again. The parking is parallel street parking but during the whole duration of my stay, finding parking was never an issue. The furthest I had to park was maybe 3 houses down.

Cozy is definitely the correct description! I had some rainy days during my visit, so the cozy, clean living space was perfect for having some down time to stream movies and shows. Some premium apps were much appreciated! Grocery stores are close as well as great restaurants, so the microwave worked just fine for heating up meals for my week-long stay.

I had the pleasure of staying with Patty. The brief interaction I had with her mad end feel right at home. Her warm personality was the cherry on top to a cozy bed and an very comfortable stay. Highly reccomend anyone to stay here! I’ll be sure to return when I’m in the area!
