We converted an apartment in our country house into a vacation home. We rent two rooms in a separate apartment with a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom. In addition, there is a flowering garden with a pond and many enchanted corners. On the terrace there is a fire pit. One room has a large double bed and two single beds, the other has 2 beds. The spacious kitchen-living area invites you to spend sociable hours. All rooms are spacious.

The apartment is almost fully equipped, with towels, bed linens, soap, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, etc. provided. A new kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, food processors, and all necessary kitchen utensils is available. If needed, I can provide you with a drawer in our freezer for any frozen food you might need.

The guest room is in a very central location, both the A1 and the train station with connections to HB and HH are just around the corner. There is a private apartment door from the hallway as well as a private bathroom with shower. The room has smart home amenities, Wi-Fi, external roller blinds and parquet flooring. In this unique vacation home on our Bohlenshof farm, you can enjoy the direct view of the Wümme from the living room or the terrace. There are 2 double beds for a total of 4 people. The vacation home has a terrace with garden furniture and a grill. You can also spend a few nice hours in the barrel sauna. The experience is rounded off by modern furnishings, an equipped kitchen and cozy beds.
