The apartement is located right in the center of town, only a few minutes walk from supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and the weekly market. Make this your base to explore the area or head to work. Parking is available for free with the option to charge your EV. We´re looking forward to hosting you!

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

In addition, you have the entire 2nd floor to yourself, so you can enjoy privacy. The room is located in the attic (2nd floor) and can be reached via the shared stairwell. Wi-Fi and Netflix complete the offer.
