It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is 11 minutes from the center and Angers train station. On the Loire à Vélo route.

This accommodation, completely renovated in 2021, is located in the outbuilding of a 19th century mansion (where we live). Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, it is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from the Jardin du Mail and the Place du Ralliement. The house is perfect for families of 4 people looking for tranquility while staying close to shops and tourist sites. A free parking street and paid public parking are close by.

La Ronsardière Gîte – Bouchemaine – 64 m²

This cottage can accommodate up to 4 people (+ baby) and is completely self-contained. It comprises a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a work area, a bathroom, a large kitchen and dining room, and an outdoor table with a barbecue. It is fully equipped, with a particular focus on cyclists. It is located just a 600-metre walk from the centre of Bouchemaine, three minutes from the river and five minutes from the water sports centre. Welcome!

Fullness

I will be happy to share with you the environment in which I have lived since I was a child. I took over my grandparents' house where the sweetness of Anjou is not a myth. Close to the center of Angers (10 minutes drive); public transport possible. Quiet and direct access to the river and hiking trails. Free access to the garden. Your little four-legged friend is welcome. Please note the garden is not enclosed! I look forward to welcoming you.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)

Charming Studio 18 m2 near train station/UCO

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants... If you want to stay in Angers to discover the city, work, a transfer or simply for fun, we suggest you stop by our house on Lake Maine. Quietly located with the Coulée Verte at your doorstep, you can enjoy many walks on foot or by bike and reach Lake Maine, its beach and its various activities. A shopping mall is nearby. All you have to do is put your bags down. Parking available even for large vehicles.
