It is fully equipped, with a particular focus on cyclists. It is located just a 600-metre walk from the centre of Bouchemaine, three minutes from the river and five minutes from the water sports centre. Welcome!

Fullness

I will be happy to share with you the environment in which I have lived since I was a child. I took over my grandparents' house where the sweetness of Anjou is not a myth. Close to the center of Angers (10 minutes drive); public transport possible. Quiet and direct access to the river and hiking trails. Free access to the garden. Your little four-legged friend is welcome. Please note the garden is not enclosed! I look forward to welcoming you.

House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed.
