Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Bouches-du-Rhone

this has been our favourite airbnb experience so far! on arrival, Melanie greeted us and showed us round the land and cottage. she was so friendly and welcoming, and very responsive throughout the stay. the cottage itself was lovely - rustic and homely, a lot of character. there was nothing we were missing, everything was well equipped. the land was stunning. the hilltop at the back (with stairs leading up to it and benches at the top) had a lovely view of the sunset. we loved going up there for our morning coffee and to watch the sunset. we went end of February/ early march so a bit too cold to use the pool, but I imagine that would be great to use when it's warmer. the pool house has games and sport equipment (eg for badminton or table tennis). this was also a perfect hub to visit all of the places we wanted to go (villages, hikes). overall we are beyond fulfilled from our stay, and a huge thank you to the hosts. highly recommend and would definitely visit again in future!

***** We loved the place. Directly on the sea and your own parking space on the back. Next to direct access to the pool. A few minutes walk to the town to restaurants and supermarket. The area is great for excursions, hiking and animal watching. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Check-in was very flexible. Thanks for the great holiday, Paulette.*****

We had a lovely stay at Sylvie & Xavier’s place, brilliant hosts who made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was spot on: clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Located in the heart of the Camargue, the location is great for exploring the region. Just a heads-up: the internet connection in Salin-de-Giraud is quite weak (not their fault, it’s the area), and the Petit Casino supermarket at the corner is permanently closed. However, there’s a Spar about 5 minutes away, though it was only open in the mornings during our stay. There’s also a bakery, a small local épicerie, and a tobacco shop just a couple of minutes away. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby that are quite good, definitely worth trying! We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

We had a lovely week at Roussillon. Kitchen was equipped above average. It was all super clean and the mattress in the room on the second floor was perfect for me, slept very very well. Also the bed linen was totally pleasant. We also enjoyed the tasteful decoration very much. Just great! Only the parking was not nice for us. We parked in the nearby parking lot "sablones" (4€ a day) as the free for Easter was always very crowded and there has been some stress driving around the village to get to the free parking. If you are not used to driving a larger car through such narrow streets, it costs nerves. I also don't recommend parking right in front of the property for unloading. Because you have to drive out backwards. Upon arrival at 10pm we had almost stuck in the alley. For experienced drivers maybe ok but a big challenge for us.

Very well located accommodation in Saint Cyr sur Mer (5 min walk to the beach, close to amenities), and in perfect condition. Sandrine was flexible with the check-in procedures. Recommended for a stay in the area.

We came to Cavaillon to attend a wedding of our nephew; we were looking for a place to stay for 6 people; we booked and from the beginning Emilia began a very friendly and productive correspondence. Once she arrived, she resolved small problems encountered in a timely manner. Very clean and well equipped environment in the kitchen and bathroom. To be recommended

beautiful apartment! we loved the interiors and there was so much space for everyone. there were some quirks but nothing unusual for such an old property, the only real issue we had was hot water for everyone, with 8 of us staying it was not possible for everyone to have a shower when they wanted to but we made it work. the location was great, walking distance for most of the city and very close to the old port. owners were good with communication, check in etc was easy.
