Former barn converted into a unique refuge, 50 m² with dry-stone walls, smooth concrete and exposed beams. Every detail, marl or spontaneous, makes an imperfect decor. Comfort, light, slow breathing. Outside, an open-plan kitchen of 30 m², a glimpse of the sea, and a swimming pool set amidst the greenery. Here, we live inside out, far from the frenzy. Located in a cul-de-sac, bathed in light, the house is a retreat where you will enjoy great calm and all the comforts after your days of discovery. 5 minutes from the A7 motorway, 10 minutes from Saint-Rémy De Pce, 15 minutes from Avignon.

This apartment is an old barn located 20 meters from the old port of La Ciotat and 5 minutes from the first beach. With 6m50 of ceiling, this is a spacious loft. Its large window overlooks a garden: you are quiet and with good double glazing. You benefit from air conditioning and an Indigo centre parking space 7 minutes' walk away (standard Indigo space, 1.90 m). The question I get asked the most is: does it have sheets? Of course, sheets & towels are included.
