Cosy, design and clean apartment of 40m2 located in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt city! It is located at 2 minutes walking distance from the closest metro station to visit Paris. And only at 10 minutes from Roland Garros Tennis Open and huge "Bois de Boulogne" park. The area, known as very safe, is accessible by metro line 10, bus 52 & 72. The apartment is surrounded by many gourmet shops and restaurants. It is located in the courtyard side of the building so you won't be bored by any noise!

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

High standard I entire flat in an attractive neighborhood. Located between Paris downtown and the financial district, Neuilly sur Seine offers many advantages. One block from the Boulogne countryside, you may walk 5 minutes to the Jardin d'acclimatation (amusement park) as the Louis Vuitton foundation. The neighborhood is made of nice restaurants, organic foodstore and the flat is 2mn walkint to the metro tube Pont de Neuilly, 5 stops to the Champs Elysées.

It consists of a double living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, dining area, a kitchen with a bar table, a bedroom with a 160 cm queen size bed, an alcove with a 140 cm sofa bed, totaling 6 possible beds. An office area in the entrance, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet with hand washbasin. Shops at the bottom of the building: Monoprix supermarket, pharmacy, bakery (open daily)
