Beautiful views, saltwater pool, peaceful village

A beautiful villa situated in a typical French village. A spacious and serene space with a lovely saltwater pool and landscaped gardens. Stunning views and very peaceful in the Perigord-Noir in Dordogne. The lovely bakery is 5 minutes away. Sarlat-la-Canéda is half an hour’s drive. Bergerac airport can be reached in 75 minutes, for a nice canoe trip on the Dordogne river or a visit to beautiful Domme, you need less than 15 minutes. Immersed among beautiful chateaus, restaurants and lots more .

L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. Perfect starting point for visiting all the touristic sites of the region. 4 lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private toilet. The 2 attic rooms are equipped with AC.

Ideal for Dordogne, stylish central Sarlat house

My place is a perfect base in Sarlat for touring and relaxation near many interesting places like Lascaux. It's close to restaurants and dining, and you can walk to the historic centre. It’s good for families (with kids) and big groups. It's stylish, with a heated salt water pool and WiFi, open fire, two kitchens and UK and French TV. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighbourhood, and the outdoors space. And it's close to lots of castles and prehistoric caves. EV charger.

Beautiful restored country house near Sarlat

Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Stone and wood house completely restored in 2024. Located close to the owners in the village of Bouzic. Access via a wide staircase leading to a terrace. Entrance to the living room, pleasant living room and fully equipped kitchen. A balcony with stunning views of the Bouzic hills and the shared garden. On the ground floor, you will have access via a slightly narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a shower & toilet.
