Beautiful 2 bedroom house (terrace) new construction in a quiet location. The house has its own parking in front of the house for three cars. The house has a beautiful private terrace of 10m2 and a private garden of 40m2. On the terrace there is a modern rattan garden seating. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min by car and quick connection to the highway in about 5 min. To Vienna it is 1 hour by car. In the vicinity you will find groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, a pharmacy.

Charming house in heart of Devin

No matter if you are looking for history, gastronomy, or bike/wine paradise, Devin is the place to visit. At this small, yet charming house, located in the very centre of it you can easily discover all of it. Feel free to park your car right next to the house and enjoy the view to Devin castle from the terrace. Your kids are very welcomed, they can watch TV while you are chilling upstairs. Also we would love to arrange a dinner appointment at some great local places, or rent you an ebike :)

Do centra mesta, je to 15 min. jedným spojom MHD a na letisko do 8 min. Pešo zájdete do Avion SC alebo okúpať sa na Kuchajdu, či Zlaté piesky. Neďaleko je aj štadión Ondreja Nepelu, Nár. We offer you a lodging place and our hospitality in the extension of the detached house, lying in the quiet street of Stupava, with a free car park in front of the house. You enter it through a separate door in the yard. Downstairs, there is an anteroom, a toilet, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway with staircase. Upstairs you can find air-conditioned attic rooms with 4 beds and a carrycot, if necessary. We put at your disposal lounging in the garden with the grill.
