Haus Philip is a very cosy log cabin with modern furnishings in a prominent and unique location right on the ski slope. The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central – it borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and, apart from the ski and toboggan run, the Wurmberg cable car and the town centre are also within reach. Newly built in autumn 2016, the house has upscale, friendly and modern furnishings – with underfloor heating, a fireplace, its own sauna, Sky and Netflix, and a BOSE box.

Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The access road is unfortunately a bit bumpy, but easily passable at low speed. Please use Maps to find out more about the location.

The apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a well-kept 12-party house in a central location (about 300 m from the center). We took over this in 2018 and refurbished it (kitchen, completely new furniture and good sofa bed). It is a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom and a small bathroom. Since we (4 adults + 1 schoolchild) regularly use our apartment ourselves, it is quite well equipped (sufficient dishes, coffee maker, TV). No Wi-Fi!

The Harz-Butze, "Arrival" - "Vacation"

Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

Mountain time vacation home

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This beautiful old Harz house is located in the heart of Sankt Andreasberg. It was completely modernized by 2022. In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. The house offers a nice base for your mountain time: for tours and for hiking, mountain biking or skiing.

Welcome to the Bodepartment - your retreat right on the Wurmberg, next to the cable car and ice stadium! The cozy apartment can accommodate 5 people with 1 bedroom, double bed, single bed and a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the terrace right on the river "Warme Bode". The practical kitchenette invites you to cook together. The sauna in the basement (for a fee) is perfect for relaxing after long hikes. Free parking included!

Country studio apartment for 1-2 people

The Country Studio Apartment has a combined sleeping and living area with seating area, dining area, LCD TV, electric fireplace, Wi-Fi, shower room and a small kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and selection of dishes. The apartment house has a sauna. This can be reserved on site and used as a residential unit alone. The cost for 2 hours is €20.00 and the necessary coins can be purchased at the reception.

Harzchalet Emma 3 - my Sauna - Sankt Andreasberg

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

Great apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.

The apartment has 2.5 rooms, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people who like open, bright living. The built-in kitchen is brand new. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.
