Great stay, very convenient location to walk to the seawall. Everything needed to cook, would stay again.

This house is probably the best location for it’s walkability to the coolest strip of beach in Surfside. The place was clean and creatively decorated—looks like newly renovated floors and countertops with custom art on the walls. Very chill, surfer vibe with a nice dark second bedroom for my wife to sleep in. Wi-Fi was strong enough for uninterrupted video calls and roku. Plus there’s some good eating nearby—fancy and dirty Cajun alike.

We had a great time at Jennifer's place and she was very helpful the entire time. The place was close to where we wanted to be and had all of the things we needed. The neighbors were also very nice and actually ended up giving us fresh shrimp they had gotten from the Gulf that day. Really enjoyed our time there and would likely use the house again.

This is a great place to stay, easy beach access, peaceful, felt like we were at home. I would recommend this to my friends and we will be back next year.

My family and I loved the house and felt right at home! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Steve was quick to respond with any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!

The place was absolutely adorable with eclectic decorations all over. It was fun just to look at all the art and items decorating the house. The hot tub was hot, amazing, and private. Easy distance from great restaurants and the beach. Such a fun place to stay!

Nancy was such a great host! She was very responsive and her home was super clean and just like the pictures. I highly suggest booking with her.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the B-side bungalow. It was exceptionally clean throughout, and well-equipped. Comfortable seating and beds. Nicely located for walks around Tarrytown and to Mozart's Coffee and restaurants on the lake. Easy parking. Conveniently just a few minutes' drive to central Austin locations. The hosts clearly communicated everything we needed to know and were responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 5 nights to attend the Final Four. Very walkable to downtown and the Alamodome, nice area to run if the weather is good! There were so many wonderful coffee shops and trucks in the area, and a great taco truck right across the street. The house was as pictured, very comfortable, super easy parking, check in, and checkout. Would happily stay again!

Friendly and thoughtful host, great location (walkable, safe, central). My family all enjoyed their stay, the house felt very comfortable and clean and we were well provided for.

The place is amazing, but the HOSTS ARE OUTSTANDING! You will not find more responsive, considerate, kind and all around friendly folks! The cottage has Terlingua vibes (if you know, you know) and I’m here for it! Super cute, clean and all the stuff you need. The porch is peaceful and perfect for morning coffee. As I said, Elizabeth is just awesome. She was very responsive and even offered an early check-in! She goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need and answer any questions at any hour of the day (or night)! We will be returning when we go back to Fredy!

This place is awesome. Got to witness a Texas hail storm from the back patio. Beautiful stars very quiet and peaceful. Gayle replied to any question I had and was more than helpful with anything I needed.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Elizabeth is helpful and very responsive. This house has additions like grills and outdoor patios that I hope we can return and use on additional stays.

what a charming home away from home! Comfy beds, peaceful location that. is walkable and near great restaurants, few minutes drive to all downtown fun. Meshelle was very responsive and flexible with check in. We had everything we needed in our Airbnb, without clutter, and it was clean and organized. I'd definitely get back here when in Austin and will recommend it to my friends who are looking for a nice stay at a reasonable price in Austin.
