Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Brazos River

What a great place. I travel a lot for work … there are times we all need a good reset. A place to have some down time. This is the place. I’m looking forward to booking this place again.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the backyard amenities having a hot tube and a comfortable place to sit around the fire made our weekend so relaxing the house is nice and in a quiet part of town. It wasn't too far of a drive to places we wanted to go. We would stay here again!

Staying at Jourdan’s home in Fredericksburg was everything I could ask for and more! Such an awesome place to have a girl getaway. Jourdan’s home was beautiful! The house was in a great location (close to everything we wanted to do), clean, and accessible! No complaints!

This house was the perfect place to stay for our girls trip. The house is so darn adorable and decorated so cute. Located right on Main Street, it was an easy and quick walk to all the shopping and many restaurants. The fire pit was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed sitting around the fire each night and enjoying our coffee in the morning there as well. The hosts are the best I’ve ever encountered. They were very responsive when I had a couple of questions during our stay. Highly recommend this property and these hosts.

Amazing views, calm, relaxing and did I mention the views 😍 Great place to get away and do nothing. Or if you want to venture out there's plenty nearby from food to breweries, distilleries and hiking.

Fun Airbnb and very clean! Mattresses/linens were super comfortable and updated. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and worked with me to make sure my friends and I had a great stay. A few things worth noting: the kitchen is great but needs to be replenished with more cookware (like a can opener and spatula big enough to flip pancakes) and dishes to accommodate 6-9 guests. There is a small Keurig but no coffee maker. Would have appreciated extra sponges/dish towels, paper towels (there weren’t any) and counter top cleaner to help keep the space fresh on our end. However, even without these things, the place is awesome and feels much bigger in person than in pictures. 10/10 recommend and would definitely rent from them again the next time I’m in Dallas!

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

Awesome place very relaxing !

Rodney is a great host. He was there when we needed him to teach us about the tv remotes and scarce otherwise. We enjoyed spending time with family in Meridian and coming “home” to peaceful and pleasant surroundings to just relax. Thanks, Rod❣️

Huge apartment complex near the freeway next to storage units and office complex. close enough to chain restaurants and other basic amenities, but a bit of a drive to Stockyards and downtown. The foldout couch/bed is small and comparable to sleeping on the converted table in an RV. Definitely not comfortable for a large adult . We did not have time to use the community pool or clubhouse, but I looked nice. Overall, I would pick this place again over a chain hotel but it's pretty basic and similar experience.

Johana communicated in a timely manner. The home was easy to find, clean and cozy. The kitchen had the essentials needed to make small meals and snacks. Johana provided the first drink and homemade cookies. One thing we struggled with was the temperature of the cowboy tub, the instructions for the tub and jets could have been more clear. However we did enjoy being on the tub at night and the ambiance on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and how close we were to the Botanical gardens, Riverwalk and airport.

Such a sweet and cozy place. Very clean and the host is amazing. We loved our stay here. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel at home. Very easy to relax and unwind here. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

This little cabin in the woods was the perfect place to get away from the city. Very quiet and peaceful. The town is about a 7 minute drive which was perfect for early morning Starbucks runs or getting snacks and food from the grocery store.

My husband and I had a fantastic anniversary weekend! The cabin was on beautiful property and was very nice and cozy (the pictures do not do it justice). Mary was very welcoming from the start with communication and throughout to make sure we had the best stay. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and watching the stars at night. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Great place to stay and you are greatly taken care of!

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and we absolutely LOVED it! Our dogs had the best time also. The views were great, so much available from fishing rods, bait, grills and kitchen utensils. Also, the DVD collection was impressive! We loved the property so much, we will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend for anyone trying to get away and relax. However, Walmart is only 20 min away so you still can get essentials easily. The Kurig stopped working randomly and Adam offered to go get another, which we declined because we aren’t huge coffee drinks but him offering was super nice! We also were considering changing our check-in/check-out dates, and he also was super flexible to any changes. Can’t wait to come back!!!

I’m writing this review instead of my husband because I have OCD and am incredibly particular about cleanliness and comfort when staying at other people’s homes. That being said… this lake house was practically PERFECT! I had zero issues with cleanliness and found myself daydreaming about living here forever. It was such a relief to not feel the usual stress and hesitation about touching anything or even walking barefoot on the floors—everything was spotless. NO CLOTHES WERE HIDDEN BEHIND CURTAINS (for some reason most homes we’ve stayed at have this problem)!!! I legit took pictures of their interior design highlight to get ideas for my own home too. The hosts thought of every tiny detail to make the stay welcoming and comfortable (they made elephants out of towels! What beautiful human thought of that?!)!I would recommend this place 1000% to even my closest family members! I truly hope I get the chance to come back soon. THANK YOU to the wonderful hosts for giving me hope in AirBnB!

This was one of the best Airbnb locations we have been to. The surroundings were beautiful and there were tons of restaurants/grocery stores within 5 minutes. The cabin had everything you can think of such as extra towels for the hot tub, snacks, water, extra pillows, etc. The backyard had so much to do from darts to the hot tub to a fire pit. We ate already planning out next trip here for August!

The stay was amazing! We spotted deer every morning we were there. The host was very accommodating and communicated quickly throughout our stay. Thank you for an amazing trip.

The cabin was extremely cozy! We had so much fun just hanging out and enjoying coffee on the porch. Also very close to Main Street and super easy to get around. Perfect for a weekend getaway!
