Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Brazos River

This was a great place to stay - it had everything we needed and the view was spectacular! It was great to come back after a long day of work and eat dinner on the balcony and just relax.

It really felt like I was in Nintendo world! I picked it for my child and the basketball game was a favorite! For my first experience this home was spacious and accommodating! Parking was great!

Great cozy spot for a couple nights. In walking distance from great spots in Las Colinas. Host is nice and responsive with helpful, clear instructions.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Olivia‘s property. It was above my expectations. The neighborhood is quiet, very peaceful and clean. The property was perfect for this particular stay. She was very helpful and quick to respond. I will definitely book her property again.

Saranyaa was amazing. It was like she could read my mind and before I even had a question she would send me then answer, such as instructions and etc. i enjoyed my visit and hope to come back again. Thank you Saranyaa!!

perfect place for my family of 3 to transition out of San Antonio. everything is right there, food, coffee, things to do. and I really appreciate the pics and description matching the place to a T. I felt save and had a great stay. the pool is dope and the property grounds are well cared for! it was nice to be so close to downtown to hear the city waking up every morning. 10/10 recommend.

The space was beautiful. From the layout, to the decorations. I really appreciated having a space that felt like home, had all the needed amenities, and was safe. Definitely plan on staying here again if in Houston!

I loved the house and the coziness feel that it presented. This was a family getaway and everyone was accommodated with more than enough space. One of the best features are the game rooms…yes there’s two!!! Thank you for all your help. This home will always hold a special place in my heart because my fiancé proposed to me here 💕❤️

Kristen and Brett has a pantry that was stocked with "emergency" food; but they encouraged to take anything we needed. We had some kurig coffee and we used two laundry pods. This saved us the inconvenience of having to buy more at the grocery, where we made on trip. HEB is a great store within walking distance. We might have had to things of candy from the movie room (great touch). This spoke to their generosity and above-and-beyond hospitality. We were in town for a family funeral; this hospitality helped us, and we were grateful.

We loved our stay! We had several families with 11 young kids altogether and the place was great for the entire group! The outside space was amazing for our boys to play ball and the downstairs playroom and movie room were a huge hit! The host was responsive and attentive. Can’t wait to stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for our Anniversary weekend from Arkansas. Libbia is an WONDERFUL host and very responsive and considerate. Check in was not until 3 pm and she let us check in at 11 and told us to enjoy our anniversary weekend. Such a blessing!!!! The house……the house is beautiful and so pristine and roomy even nice outside seating and the movie room is awesome!! The bed was very comfortable slept like a baby!!! If you’re thinking of staying in San Antonio please stay here you will not regret it. It’s so beautiful AND so close to all the attractions. It’s a win, win situation! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Libbia for being a wonderful host!! If we ever go back to San Antonio we will be staying here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My stay here was great! The house was super clean and spacious. It was exactly like the photos! The lake view was beautiful. Host was responsive and helpful to all of my questions. I would recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back!

The home was very clean and the host was always responsive. Everything in the home matched what the listing says.

What i liked most of my stayed was the balcony that you could see the beach and it has a beautiful pool. The easy access to check in and check out was the best. Rooms are a good size and it was really clean. The thermostat we could adjusted to our temperature as well. Had a good Weekend experience.

Greg was quick to respond and the place was super clean and nice. We had a nice relaxing time and enjoyed our stay. There was a lot to do at the facility and if you just wanted to relax the balcony was a nice place to soak it all in.

Stacy came to our rescue and approved a last minute stay when our other reservation canceled on us minutes before check-in. This condo is in great shape. Everything is labeled and in a well-organized place. The condo is also well stocked with everything you could think about needing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect location for a fun night out on rainy street and super close to lady bird lake walking trail. Coffee shop next door was the cherry on top 🙌🏼 Good vibes all around. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Exactly as described! Loved it! Only thing is the elevators near the condo are out of service which makes it difficult sometimes! Other than that great stay!

The condo was great and spacious! With an efficient use of the space good for accommodating several people. There was extra linens and beach towels to use. The beach view and access to the amenities right outside your door is Amazing! With the local market walking distance away you almost never have to get in the car again after arriving! Cannot wait to visit again!

Owner was very responsive and communicated well. Clean condo and well equipped. Nice pool and hot tubs. The only issue we encountered was that the elevator was out of service for most of our visit.

This place was in a perfect location and we loved the condo. Everything was nice and clean, including all the areas of the resort. We will definitely be back.
