The ground floor apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the Konrad-Zuse city of Hünfeld. It is 500 m to an outdoor swimming pool and 400 m to the Haselsee recreational park. The city center of Hünfeld with its cafés, shopping and restaurants can be reached through the Bürgerpark in approx. 15-minute walk. The nearby Rhön with its biosphere reserve as well as the ski and toboggan arena on the Wasserkuppe are about 35 minutes. Fulda is about 15 minutes by car.

In addition to the two bedrooms with 140 cm wide beds each, there are two more single beds in the attic. The kitchen is new and very well equipped.

The central location in the middle of Germany is well suited for transit; it takes about 10 minutes to reach the A7/A5. There are numerous cycle and hiking trails in the area. The Sassen/Richthof cohabitation is 10 minutes away. Grocery stores in Schlitz or Niederaula can also be reached in 10 minutes.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Sheikh House "Living in a historic barn"

More than 20 years ago we bought the Scheiche House, a detached house in the beautiful Vogelsberg volcanic region. Formerly, the farmhouse consisted of a residential house, a stable and the barn. We have both worked in tourism and long run a holiday village. When we retired, we decided it was impossible without guests! We have always dreamed of renovating the old barn of our house – and now it was the right time.
