It consists of a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with toilet/bathtub/washer/dryer, fully equipped. Kitchen-living room with TV and sofa bed for another 2 people. Own free parking right by the house + 380V connection for electric cars.

Since it is a very old house, the ceiling height is quite low compared to new buildings.
