Hiking enthusiasts will get their money's worth right outside the front door in the surrounding Ohm Mountains.

Welcome to the Müllerstube

Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

2-family house at the NORTH POLE of the world

one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the village, built by the Leineweber in the 18th century, along a stream that winds through the tranquil Niederorschel in Eichsfeld - now converted into a rustic vacation home with two separate living studios. Unfortunately, we cannot offer accommodation to beloved four-legged friends, however small, cute and peaceful they may be. We ask for your understanding and to refrain from inquiries in this regard. Villa Meier is located directly on the Karst hiking trail. It leads in close proximity past the Röseteich, one of the approx. 50 "monastery ponds". Nevertheless, the center of Walkenried is within walking distance. Upstairs of Villa Meier is the almost 120 sqm apartment. It is furnished for max. 6 adults and has two bedrooms with large double beds and folding closet beds in the living room. In the apartment is a children's travel cot and a high chair. Free Wi-Fi.
