The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Important to know: The sleeping area is upstairs and can only be reached by quite steep and narrow stairs - guests should feel comfortable climbing up!

Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop about 800 m away to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

Located in the countryside with a view of the farm garden and the Luneauen. Well equipped, it can be used by up to 3 people. Within walking distance you can reach a country inn. There are all kinds of shopping in the center of Beverstedt (4 km). Wi-Fi, parking spaces and a sunny terrace are included free of charge.

Wir freuen uns euch in unserer kleinen Wohnung willkommen zu heißen! Die Wohnung umfasst ca. 45qm. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett (140x200). Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten stehen mit dem Schlafsofa (180x200) im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung steht euch alleine zur Verfügung. Wir als Gastgeber wohnen im Haupthaus nebenan und stehen euch für Fragen persönlich oder per Telefon zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung.

The house is an outbuilding and is located on my small farm. You have the house all to yourself. From the covered conservatory terrace you have an amazing view of fields, meadows and forest. It is a place to switch off and relax.
