It is fully equipped and has 2 terraces: one is approx. 35 m² and the roof terrace is 60 m². Both have garden furniture and a barbecue. The apartment is very centrally located, and you can reach all the important sights, the party district, the trade fair and the trendy district on foot within 10 minutes! Large terraces where you can barbecue and smoke!

The upper floor of the half-timbered farmhouse at the foot of our mighty peace oak was converted into a spacious, sunny loft in 2014. The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort. The bathroom and living area are particularly spacious. Ancient half-timbering was partially preserved and combined with modern elements. On the farmyard, there are more apartments.
