[Kunst Nest]: Studio loft with charm in the "Viertel"

Enjoy the quiet and friendly atmosphere in the light-flooded "art nest" studio loft. On the edge of the Bremen cultural quarter, it is located in the attic of a studio house - a little forgotten by the world - picturesquely on the Bahndamm. Within walking distance you will find bars, museums, small shops, the theater, the Bremen Bürgerpark and the Weserpromenade. Upon request, a studio tour, an art workshop in my studio or a walk through the Bremen cultural quarter can be booked.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

The upper floor of the half-timbered farmhouse at the foot of our mighty peace oak was converted into a spacious, sunny loft in 2014. The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort. The bathroom and living area are particularly spacious. Ancient half-timbering was partially preserved and combined with modern elements. On the farmyard, there are more apartments.

Restaurants, an art and jewelry gallery as well as shops are just few meters away. Free internet / Wi-Fi and car parking are available. The apartment is located in the attic and accessible by stairs. Harriersand is in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and is easily accessible via a bridge. To get to the beach, only the island road has to be crossed. At low tide, it is possible to hikes like on the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. In the island there is a beach bath with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping facilities at 6-8 km away.
