Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

This spacious home is a cozy & convenient base for up to 8 adults (+2 small children & pets) to explore the city & the northern coastline. The house has a great setup for smaller & bigger families and comes with a fully enclosed backyard that is ideal for kids or pets to play freely or bikes to be stored safely. It's located in a small and quiet neighborhood only a few walking minutes away from the tourist harbour (restaurants, sights, culture) and right next to the cities all new bicycle path.

The middle townhouse has 2 floors. On the lower floor with open living/dining area with sofa, armchair, large flat screen TV, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker,kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, etc.), guest toilet, small storage room. On the upper floor there is a bedroom (box spring bed 180 x 200) with a wonderful balcony and a second bedroom with a box spring bed 160 x 200), in the master bedroom and guest room there is a flat screen TV), a bathroom with its own sauna.

Wunderschöne, maritim eingerichtete Haushälfte in einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen. Nur 12 Gehminuten entfernt bis zum Deich mit Blick auf die Nordsee oder in das Spaßbad Watt‘n Bad. Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Kamin, voll ausgestattete Küche. Beide Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Fernseher. Großzügiges Bad mit begehbarer Dusche und Duschtür im 1. OG zzgl. einer separaten Gästetoilette im EG. Sehr schöne umzäunte Rasenfläche zum austoben und spielen. Natürlich Internet.

Ferijenhus Saans

Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.

Beautiful maritime house. Ideal for cyclists!

The very maritime-inspired, attractive, well-kept townhouse is located in a fantastic, quiet location in Bremen and invites you to linger.........and the extendable dining table offers 8 guests enough space to 'DINE' together! The infrastructure can be described as very good. Great shopping is minutes away. The same applies to the bus stop to the center. Behind the house there are 8 bicycles for rent. (From 09/01/2023)

The terraced house is located in the village centre and yet quiet. Shopping is very close. The accommodation is centrally located between Bremen, Hamburg and Cuxhaven. A golf course is 1 km away Bed linen and towels can be rented on site for a fee. Due to bad experiences, no pets allowed. The house was renovated in 2025!
