This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

The 2-room apartment can accommodate ideally 2 adults and 2 children. If necessary, the 5th person can lie down on the cozy couch in the living room. Private small shower with toilet. Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
