On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. The apartment has a bright and spacious living area, equipped with a modern kitchen, dining area and a couch to relax and two bedrooms with king size bed. The 120-year-old oak staircase leads to the duplex floor, which has an additional living area. Here you will find the historic beams of the attic, which is a real highlight of the apartment. From this apartment you have access to the sun terrace.

Our barrier-free apartment is located in Urmitz and directly on the Rhine. The apartment in a quiet location is 70 sqm and has a glass facade facing the Rhine in the living room. Both the living room and bedroom have access to the large terrace. Make yourself comfortable here and enjoy the view. The kitchen is new and offers you everything you need. Coffee is available unlimited.

Welcome to our fully equipped apartment in Hausten, a quiet village in the Volcanic Eifel. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (2 bedrooms + sofa bed), kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. Towels, linens, toiletries and basic kitchen equipment are provided. Perfect for hiking, relaxing or for trips to the Nürburgring (14 km) and Maria Laach (12 km).
