A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

Up on The Olive's Hill the perfect place to relax. The house is surrounded by nature. Olive trees, maritime pine, cycas, fig and a huge garden will give you a unique sense of peace. Wherever you look the lake is exactly in front of you. Round the back of the building you get a remarkable view of an amazing ancient Roman's Monastery. The house is in an excellent position and the wind can always cuddle you. Very close to the centre of Desenzano and to every kind of comfort you need.

The Chalet is located a few minutes away from the ski facilities of the Presolana-Monte Pora, Tonale, Colere area. In summer, you can reach the following tourist destinations: Lovere, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, with its splendid Montisola defined as the largest lake island in Europe and the pearl of Lake Iseo.

THE HOUSE Through a wooden gate you enter a small romantic courtyard garden with outdoor dining area and Portico, which is surrounded by natural stone walls. From here you get to the kitchen-living room with dining table and wood-burner stove. On the first floor is the living room and on the 2nd floor is two bedrooms and a bathroom. From the master bedroom you can enjoy a fantastic view over the lake and Monte Baldo. In the morning, the room is flooded with sunshine.

On the first floor of a recently renovated 15th-century building, in the heart of the historic center and at the foot of the Cidneo hill with its castle, suites with period furnishings and fireplace, with independent entrance from the private garage. A stone's throw from two metro stations and one stop from the train station.

The entire building is built in stone and wood, with exposed beams in all rooms; outside you will find three tables with benches where you can eat your meals or relax reading a book lulled by the lapping of the crystal clear waters of the Agna stream; it is located 15 km from Salò.
