The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von Bingen und Bad Kreuznach, im beschaulichen Grolsheim. Es besteht eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die Autobahn ist schnell zu erreichen. Ebenso führt der "Nahe Radweg" an der Haustür vorbei. Ruhig gelegen können sowohl die freie Natur als auch Städte wie Mainz, Bad Kreuznach&Bingen unkompliziert erreicht werden. Schöne Urlaubsunterkunft für Paare, Alleinreisende und Familien mit Kindern. Aber auch Geschäftsreisende sind uns willkommen.

There are 3 bedrooms, a nice livingroom with kitchen and a cosy fireplace. The house is colorful and artistically designed.
