Ideally located, 900m from the Prorel gondola lift, 300m from the SNCF train station and close to all shops , this apartment is ideal for enjoying your stay in winter and summer. It consists of one bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with bunk bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with Gusto dolce capsule coffee maker and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The apartment's area is 55 m²+ 25 m² terrace Lying in a deckchair on the south-facing terrace, enjoy the panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains of the Southern Alps, without any vis-à-vis. When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

In this living room, you will also have access to the toilet, as well as the bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom with four beds with wardrobe and nightstands, consisting of a 160 x 200 double bed and a bunk bed with two beds. We can also provide you with a baby bed that will fit perfectly in the room.
