Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Only 2 blocks from the beach and in walking distance to all of the hottest spots including DJais and Bar Anticipation. We offer free to use Wifi and relax back at the house on one of the couches and watch some entertainment from our 50inch TV. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything you need! Please read carefully. The boat is Catalina model 30a from 1979. The boat is over 40 years old and it is rustic inside meaning it is not perfect. Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out.

Shared entrance to the entire upstairs of my house. Two bedrooms, sitting room, private bath. . My husband and myself live downstairs. Three blocks to the bicycle path . We have bicycles to ride. Half a mile to downtown Manasquan. The beach is only 1.5 miles away. Inground salt water swimming pool. Beautiful landscaped grounds to relax and read a book!.
