Two terraces with magnificent views of the mountains and lake, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen and a barbecue on the terrace are some of the highlights in the apartment. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 for 2 people and 1 KB, 1 as a children's room with a single bed and bunk bed, a family room for 5 people. P.S. There is, up a small staircase, another dormitory with 1 double bed + 4 single beds. However, this room must be paid for in addition.

Fantastic location, panoramic view of the mountains and lake, direct access to the garden, very quiet yet centrally located. The driveway is narrow and steep, not paved. There are parking spaces next to the house. Not suitable for VANs. Only possible on request. Turning the vehicle is difficult. The property is very suitable for 2 - 3 people or families with 2 children. With 4 people and the two beds in the living room, it gets cramped. Parking is not guaranteed for VAN.

The 100 m access to my house is a gravel road. Important for train passengers because of the wheeled suitcases. The house is on the slope. The suitcases must be carried up 40 steps.
