The spacious apartment in the new Melchtal-Resort (in Chännel 3, 2nd floor) for up to 6 people offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the mountains. It has a beautiful living-dining area, an open, fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms (with bathtub and Italian shower).

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
